A lightweight client-side Fabric mod that adds three prebuilt administrator shulker boxes to the operator creative tab.

Overview

Best Armor adds three preset shulker boxes to the operator-only creative tab.

The boxes are designed as three equipment tiers:

The yellow shulker box contains the best equipment that can be obtained through normal Survival gameplay.
The orange shulker box looks almost identical to the yellow set from the outside, but its internal attributes are much higher.
The red shulker box contains equipment with very high visible and internal power.

Each set includes:

A normal netherite chestplate
A vanilla elytra
A Glideplate-style netherite chestplate with gliding support

The mod does not register new items, blocks, commands, screens, or configuration files. It directly generates existing item stacks in code and adds them to the operator creative tab.

Equipment Tiers

Yellow Shulker Box

The yellow shulker box contains the best practical equipment obtainable in Survival gameplay.

It is designed as a clean, high-end Survival equipment set with strong vanilla-style enchantments and no hidden extreme attributes.

Orange Shulker Box

The orange shulker box is designed to look almost the same as the yellow set at first glance.

Its equipment uses a similar external appearance, but the internal attributes are much higher. This makes it suitable for administrator use while keeping the visual style close to normal survival gear.

Red Shulker Box

The red shulker box contains the strongest preset set.

Its equipment has very high enchantment levels and very high internal attributes. It is intended as the full-power administrator equipment preset.

Chestplate and Elytra Setup

Each shulker box includes both normal armor and flight-related equipment.

The normal netherite chestplate is kept as a regular chestplate, without Glideplate item data. This allows the set to retain a clean armor option.

Each box also includes a vanilla elytra as a separate item.

In addition, each box includes the original Glideplate-style netherite chestplate. This chestplate uses Glideplate-compatible item data and gliding support, allowing it to behave like a chestplate with elytra-style functionality.

The Glideplate-style chestplate is marked for compatibility with Glideplate.

No server-side Glideplate installation is required for these preset item stacks to be generated by this mod. Installing Glideplate on the client can improve Glideplate-related item and equipment visuals.

No custom textures or models are required by this mod

Multiplayer Safety

Client-side only
No server modifications are required by this mod
Server authority still applies
Creative inventory item stacks may be validated or rejected by the server
Some servers may not allow modified creative inventory items
Use on multiplayer servers only where administrator tools of this type are allowed
